Current sense magnetics are applied as a convert current to a voltage for sensing AC current in a circuit, and provide safety isolation between the source of the current and the measurement circuit. The main parameters for a current sense transformer are the peak current, and the hi-pot isolation voltage with a sufficient creepage or clearance distance. The sensing current range are form mA to 100A, Hi-pot voltage are from 500V to 10kV and insulation systems including functional, basic and reinforced. Custom solutions are design based on customer requirements.
